Terms and Conditions
Registration

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with a priority registration procedure available for re-enrolling students.

An acknowledgement email will be sent to all parents to confirm receipt of their child’s registration. Please contact us at admin@vivokinetics.com if you do not receive an acknowledgement email from us.

Please check the time, date and venue carefully and take note of any statutory holidays as outlined on the schedule and confirmation email. No further reminder will be made.

You are to inform Vivo Kinetics should you wish to make any changes after the registration is processed.

A registration fee of $50 inclusive of 1 VivoKids attire will be given for every new enrolment.

Parents who have stopped classes for more than 6 months and decide to re-enrol their child will need to pay the registration fee again.

Package fees are to be paid by the due date stipulated upon receipt of registration acknowledgement email or before the commencement of each package. If fees are not paid on time, Vivo Kinetics Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse your child’s participation in our classes.

All fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced, unless for special consideration. Please refer to our refund and make-up class policy.
Attire
-
Children are required to be in VivoKids attire and covered shoes for all sessions.
Absence from Class
-
Parents should inform us at least 3 days in advance, through email, should you know your child(ren) will miss any class due to holidays or external commitments.

In the event of the sudden onset of sickness nearing or on the day of class, an email notification is expected too.
Food & Drink
-
Food consumption is discouraged during VivoKids classes. If a child is found to be consuming food during a class, they may be asked to step away from the play area temporarily.

Our classes are structured to include sufficient drink breaks and we request that all children bring a drink bottle with them to each class.
Parent & Guardian Responsibilities

Parental/guardian participation and involvement are required in the 18-36 months group to maintain class structure and focus.

All students must be under adult supervision while waiting for classes to commence.
-
We recommend parents and guardians of children to remain on site for the duration of the class, at the venue of the activity.

Classes will finish on time, please ensure you pick up your child promptly at the end of class.
Refund & Make-up Class Policy

If your child(ren) is unable to attend a class, a make-up class is available only if we have had prior notification of non-attendance.

We cannot guarantee there will be availability in all classes for a make-up class. Hence, kindly inform us of your choice of make-up class in advance and we will get back to you with regards to availability.

Make-up classes are not to be carried over beyond the package expiry date and no credit and refund are available for classes missed.

Refund can only be in the event of special consideration such as an extended period of sickness. The refund request has to be made through email, together with medical documentation of a minimum sick period of 10 days. Medical documentation must be submitted within a week of the absence.

No refund will be made for students missing a lesson for any reason except for an extended period of sickness.
Weather Policy

In the interest of students’ safety, we reserve the right to cancel classes when a venue is deemed unsafe due to inclement weather.

If a class is cancelled due to rain or haze, students can choose to attend a makeup class in one of our other venues or let their credits roll over.

No refund will be provided.

There will be no extension of lessons due to inclement weather

In the event of inclement weather within the first 20 minutes of the session, it will be considered as one session. If inclement weather occurs before the initial 20 minutes, no session will be counted

We will inform you 45 minutes prior to the start of class if a session is cancelled on the Skooly app
Facilities

In the case of a venue being unavailable, a suitable replacement venue will be offered.

No refund or credit will be given.
Safety

Vivo Kinetics Pte Ltd. is not responsible for any injury to participants, or damages or loss of property as a result of participation in our courses.

Participants are expected to abide by the regulations of the facility. This will be strictly enforced and we reserve the right to ask anyone who does not abide by the rules to leave immediately.

Media release

At times, photos and video recordings of classes will be made for the purpose of training, skill analysis, quality assurance and promotion on social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. We may also take photos of participants for use in publicity material. If you do not want your child to be photographed or videoed in class, please inform us via email.
The information collected by Vivo Kinetics Pte Ltd. will be kept confidential. You have the right to obtain access to and request correction of any information held by us concerning you and your child(ren). Requests for such access should be made via email. We reserve the right to amend our policies from time to time.

I warrant that my child/ward has not at any time suffered blackout, seizure, convulsion, fainting, dizzy spells or any other medical condition and is not presently receiving treatment for any illness, disorder or injury which would render it unsafe for my child/ward to take part in Vivo Kids programme

Participation in any programme conducted by VivoKids and Vivo Kinetics Pte Ltd (including without limitation, games, formal or informal training, attendance at pitches, the use of equipment or others, games and training in external grounds and any other activity) by my child/ward is undertaken at my own risk and I have read and consent for my child/ward to participate in Vivo Kids programme and understand the risk involved and further agree to be bound by Vivo Kinetics terms and conditions

I acknowledge that Vivo Kinetics Pte Ltd uses its best endeavours to ensure that the equipment and sporting facilities used in the programme are safe and fit for purpose and acknowledge that all sports are inherently dangerous. I have voluntarily read and accept the inherent associated risks.

I am solely responsible for ensuring that my child/ward wears appropriate clothing and protection equipment (including without limitation, sunscreen and covered shoes) at all times during VivoKids sessions and ensuring my child/ward drinks enough water during such activities.

I agree to waive any and all claims that your child/ward have or may have in the future against VivoKids and Vivo Kinetics Pte Ltd (all of whom are hereinafter referred to as the "Releasees") and to release the Releasees from any and all liability for any claim, loss, damage, expense or injury including death that your child/ward may suffer arising out of, connected with, ancillary to or arising as a result of your child/ward’s participation in any sports activities conducted by VivoKids and Vivo Kinetics Pte Ltd, due to any cause whatsoever, including without limitation negligence and breach of any statutory or other duty of care on the part of the Releasees or third parties to safeguard or protect your child/ward from the risks, dangers and hazards of sports activities.

You hold harmless and indemnify the Releasees from any and all liability for any costs they may incur for medical costs, emergency transportation and litigation resulting from your child/ward's participation in VivoKids or Vivo Kinetics activities.

This disclaimer, release and waiver shall be governed and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
